Packaging & Shipment Safety

  • Package all itemssecurelybefore the helper arrives — use appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, or padding
  • Never shipprohibited items— hazardous materials, flammables, controlled substances, or live animals
  • Declare theaccurate valueof every shipment — undervaluation voids insurance coverage
  • Affix thebooking labelclearly to the largest flat surface before pickup
  • For fragile items, clearly mark"Fragile – Handle with Care"on all sides of the package

🔐Account Security

  • Use astrong, unique passwordand enable 2FA under Account → Security
  • 2Point willnever askfor your password, PIN, or full card number via phone or email
  • Do not share your login credentials or booking OTPs with anyone, including helpers
  • Review active sessions regularly and revoke unfamiliar devices
  • Report suspected phishing tosupport@2pointlogistics.comimmediately

🚨Reporting a Concern

  • Damaged goods:Report via Bookings → Select → Report Issue within 48 hours. Include photos
  • Missing package:Contact support within 24 hours with booking ID and last known tracking stage
  • Suspicious helper behavior:Report via in-app flag on the booking or call +1 (639) 997-2710
  • Fraud or unauthorized payment:Contact support immediately and lock your payment method

🏠Home Delivery Safety

  • Provide aspecific delivery instructionif you won't be home — e.g., "Leave with neighbor", "Use lockbox"
  • Do not providefull home accessfor standard deliveries — helpers only enter by explicit client invitation for moving/cleaning
  • Moving and cleaning helpers undergo fullbackground checks— review their profile and ratings before arrival
  • You cancancel a bookingif you feel unsafe before the helper arrives
  • When a helper enters your home for moving or cleaning, keepvaluables, documents, and medicationssecured in a locked room or out of sight
