- 2. Tap "Sign Up"on the welcome screen
- 3. Enter your emailand create a strong password (min. 8 characters)
- 4. Provide your details— full name, phone number, and service address
- 5. Agreeto Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- 6. Verify your emailvia the confirmation link sent to your inbox
- 7. Complete KYC(if required for your service type) by uploading a government-issued ID
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for high-value shipments, international delivery, and all helper accounts. Standard delivery clients can book without KYC unless declared value exceeds $500.
