Same-Day Delivery
Delivery Windows
Pickup rule: All packages must be collected within the first 2 hours of any window. Express: within 30 minutes of confirmation. Delivery must be completed at least 1 hour before the window ends.
What Can Be Delivered
- Envelopes— documents, letters, contracts, flat items (max 2 kg)
- Boxes— standard packaged goods (max 30 kg per item)
- Pallets— bulk freight (see Freight & Cargo section)
- Medicinal items— prescription pickups, pharmacy deliveries
- Fragile / high-value— declare value and add insurance during booking
Pickup Location Types
- Residential— home addresses, apartments, condos
- Industrial— warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers
- Store / Business— retail and commercial premises
- Port— dockside or freight terminal pickups
Compliance Targets
- Pickup Compliance Rate:≥98% within the pickup deadline
- Delivery Compliance Rate:≥97% within the delivery window
- Express Average Time:≤90 minutes from order to delivery
Exception Handling
- Approved exceptions:Severe weather, road closures, facility access issues, customer-requested changes
- Process:Driver notifies dispatch → dispatch validates → client is notified with updated ETA
- Management approval required for exceptions exceeding30 minutes
