  8. 8. Enter receiver detailsβ€” name, phone, and optional email
  9. 9. Add delivery notesβ€” "Ring bell", "Leave at reception", access codes
  10. 10. Review all detailsβ€” check pricing before confirming
  11. 11. Payβ€” booking activates on payment. Unpaid drafts expire in1 hour

After payment you receive a booking confirmation with a unique ID, tracking link, and downloadable label. Share the tracking link directly with the recipient from the confirmation screen.
