Client Payment Methods
- Credit / Debit Card— Visa, Mastercard, and Amex accepted
- PayPal— link your account under Wallet → Payment Methods
- In-App Wallet— pre-fund with any method for instant checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD)— verified business accounts only
Wallet
- Top up your wallet in advance for faster booking — no re-entering card details
- View balance, transaction history, and pending refunds underWallet
- Wallet funds can be used for all service types (delivery, moving, cleaning)
- Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts
- Helpers use the same wallet for receiving and withdrawing earnings
Invoices
- Auto-generated PDF invoice for every completed booking
- Download:Bookings → Select booking → Download Invoice
- Includes service type, date, breakdown, tax, and booking ID
- Business accounts: bulk export all invoices for a period underAccount → Billing
Helper Payout Process
- Complete bookings— upload proof of delivery (photo + signature)
- Verify status— confirm bookings show "Completed" in history
- Check wallet— earnings appear in Wallet after booking is approved
- Submit withdrawal— go to Wallet → Withdraw beforeFriday midnight
- Receive payment— processed Friday–Sunday via Interac, Stripe, or PayPal
Enter exact withdrawal amounts (e.g., $30.25 → withdraw $30.25). KYC and payout method must be complete and approved before your first payout is processed.
Payout Schedule
Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds processed per the Cancellation Policy
- Dispute a charge within72 hoursof the booking date
- Submit via:Bookings → Select → Report Issue, or email support
- Include booking ID, description, and supporting photos
- Resolution within3–5 business days
